Shimizu Mokuzai Sawara Wood Placemat Clear Finish 41x30cm Set of 6

This set of six wooden placemats is made in Japan from Kiso sawara cypress. They suit everyday meals as well as entertaining guests, and work with Japanese or Western dishes alike.

A clear urethane finish brings out the natural wood grain. The underside that touches the table is generously chamfered, so each placemat is easy to pick up. Each one measures 41 x 30 x 1.2 cm (16.1 x 11.8 x 0.5 in).
