Shimomura Ajiwai Shokubo Aluminum Grater Coarse and Fine AAO-668

Part of the Ajiwai Shokubo series of kitchen tools designed to make everyday food prep easier, this grater is made of lightweight, durable aluminum. It has two grating surfaces in one tool: a coarse side for grating daikon radish and a fine side for grating ginger, garlic, and other aromatics, so you can switch sides depending on what you are preparing.
