Shimomura Ajiwai Shokubo Crinkle Cutter ANC-731

This crinkle cutter from the Ajiwai Shokubo kitchen series gives food a wavy cut surface. It makes decorative cuts that are difficult with an ordinary knife quick and easy.

The blade is set at an angle, so your hand applies force naturally and cuts with little effort. The handle wraps into your whole hand, which lets you press down firmly all the way to your fingertips for a secure grip.

The cutter is dishwasher safe and made in Japan.
