Shimomura Verdun Black Wavy Crinkle Cutter VB-633

This wavy crinkle cutter from Shimomura Kogyo's Verdun Black series cuts food with a rippled edge, making decorative cuts that are hard to do with a knife. Use it for garnishes and salads.

The wavy surface helps slightly thicker pieces cook through more easily and helps seasonings cling. The double-edged blade cuts in smoothly and straight, and its angled design lets you cut with light pressure. The handle is shaped to be held with the whole hand for a stable grip.

The resin parts are made from heat-resistant resin, so the cutter is dishwasher safe. It measures 10.5 x 9.6 x 1.5 cm (4.1 x 3.8 x 0.6 in).
