Shimomura Ajiwai Shokubo Green Onion Shredder Shiraga Negi Cutter ANK-664

This shredder makes shiraga negi, the finely shredded white part of a green onion used as a garnish, in three simple steps. Simply pull the green onion through the tool to create thin, even shreds. The body and slide parts are made of ABS resin, the cap is polypropylene, and the blades are stainless steel.

It measures 19 x 11 x 11 cm (7.5 x 4.3 x 4.3 in) and weighs 41 g (1.4 oz). It is made in Japan and is also available in a black color version. It was featured on the Japanese NHK television program 'Tsurube no Kazoku ni Kanpai' on April 15, 2024.
