This Fullvege cutter makes shiraga negi, the fine hair-like shreds of green onion used as a Japanese garnish. Just draw the onion through the cutter to make the shreds.
A sliding part clears food that gets stuck between the blades, so clogging is not a problem.
It measures 13.8 x 4.5 x 2.2 cm (5.4 x 1.8 x 0.9 in) and weighs 41 g (1.4 oz / 0.09 lb). It is made in Japan.
