Shimomura Ajiwai Shokubo Knife Sheath Blade Cover (Saya) AHS-104

This knife sheath is a protective blade cover for carrying a kitchen knife safely to outdoor cooking, a camping trip, or a cooking class.

It fits a santoku all-purpose knife, a nakiri vegetable knife, a gyuto Western-style knife, or a deba fillet knife, with a blade length up to 18.5 cm (7.3 in), a blade thickness up to 3 mm (0.1 in), a blade tip width up to 4.2 cm (1.7 in), and a blade heel width between 3.8 and 5.2 cm (1.5 and 2 in).

It is made in Japan.
