Shimomura Ajiwai Shokubo Stainless Steel Kitchen Tongs AST-233

Part of the Ajiwai Shokubo series, these tongs are made of rust resistant stainless steel. The tips hold food securely without slipping, so you can pick up a large amount at once.

They make mixing and plating easier than using chopsticks, and because they are heat resistant and will not melt over an open flame, they are also good for frying and barbecue cooking at high temperatures.
