Shimomura Full Veggie Cabbage Peeler Left-Handed FV-672

This cabbage peeler is part of the Full Veggie series from Shimomura Kogyo. Each tool in the series is designed for a specific food and makes routine cooking steps simpler.

The peeler shreds cabbage into fine strips without a cutting board. A wide, angled stainless steel blade speeds up prep. This left-handed version has the blade set opposite to a standard peeler, so it is easy to use in the left hand.

The handle is shaped for a comfortable grip. It weighs 45 g (1.6 oz / 0.10 lb) and is dishwasher safe.
