Shimomura Full Veggie Double-Sided Grater with Drainer FV-659

This double-sided grater is part of the Full Veggie series, a line of tools designed to make preparing vegetables and fruit quick and simple. Flipping between its two sides lets you make three styles of grated texture, including a fine grate, a fine grate for garnishes, and a coarse oni-oroshi style grate.

A removable divider lets you drain off excess liquid after grating, and the tray has a non-slip base for stability while you work. It measures 23 x 9 x 6 cm (9.1 x 3.5 x 2.4 in) and weighs 133 g (4.7 oz / 0.29 lb). Made in Japan.
