Shimomura Full Veggie Grater with Drainer and Container FV-638

The Full Veggie Grater with Drainer and Container FV-638 is part of Shimomura Kogyo's Full Veggie series of specialized kitchen tools for preparing vegetables and fruit. Its finely set teeth grate cleanly and efficiently.

The grater itself is made of resin rather than metal, so it has no metallic smell and does not affect the flavor of the food you grate. The container underneath has a built-in divider for draining, so you can simply tilt the grater to pour off excess liquid.

Made in Japan. The unit measures about 230 x 89 x 57 mm (9.1 x 3.5 x 2.2 in) and weighs about 120 g (4.2 oz).
