Shimomura Full Veggie Grater and Julienne Slicer (Tsuma Cutter) FV-669

The Full Vegi grater and julienne slicer is a double sided kitchen tool made to speed up everyday prep work. One side cuts vegetables into thin 2 mm (0.1 in) wide strips, useful for julienning daikon radish or carrot for a tsuma garnish.

The other side has sharp grating teeth that grate food smoothly. Simply flip the tool over to switch between slicing and grating, so one compact tool covers two prep tasks, and it is dishwasher safe for easy cleanup.

It measures 268 x 90 x 14 mm (10.6 x 3.5 x 0.6 in) and weighs 75 g (2.6 oz / 0.17 lb), light enough to keep in a drawer.
