Shimomura Full Veggie Mini Tomato Cutter FV-629

This mini tomato cutter from the Full Veggie series by Shimomura Kogyo cuts cherry tomatoes into four equal pieces without a knife or cutting board. The Full Veggie series offers kitchen tools designed for specific ingredients to make everyday prep easier.

To use it, remove the stem from the tomato, place the tomato on the blades, and squeeze the handles. The serrated blades cut through with little resistance for neat quarters.

It is made of resin, so children can use it safely too. You can cut directly over a salad bowl or a frying pan while cooking. The cutter is dishwasher safe, weighs 35 g (1.2 oz / 0.08 lb), and is made in Japan.
