Shimomura Full Veggie Vegetable Slicer and Grater Set FV-641

The Full Veggie Vegetable Slicer and Grater Set FV-641 is part of Shimomura Kogyo's Full Veggie series, a line of kitchen tools designed to make everyday vegetable and fruit prep quicker and easier. This set lets you make four different cuts with a single tool, so there is no need to bring out a knife or cutting board for basic prep work.

A built-in holder guards your hand from the blade, so even small pieces of food can be cut safely down to the last bit. The attached container catches the food as you work, so there is no need to set out a separate bowl. After use, the pieces nest together inside the case for compact storage.

Made in Japan. The set measures about 235 x 85 x 85 mm (9.3 x 3.3 x 3.3 in) and weighs about 415 g (14.6 oz).
