Shimomura Full Veggie Palm Size Vegetable Slicer and Grater Set FV-642

This palm-sized prep set is part of Shimomura Kogyo's Full Veggie series, a line of kitchen tools designed to make specific vegetable prep tasks quicker and easier. It is small enough to hold and use with one hand for quick julienne cutting or grating.

A catch container is included underneath, so you do not need to set out a separate bowl while you work, and a non-slip pad on the bottom of the container keeps it steady on the counter. A holder guards your fingers even as the vegetable gets smaller.

The pieces nest together in a case for compact storage. It measures about 12.7 x 7.5 x 7 cm (5 x 3 x 2.8 in), weighs 97 g (3.4 oz / 0.21 lb), and is made in Japan.
