Shimomura Full Veggie Smile Grater Peeler FVS-601

The Full Veggie Smile series from Shimomura Kogyo is built around convenient, easy-to-use tools for preparing vegetables and fruit. This peeler combines a vegetable peeler with a small grater in one tool, so one item can handle both peeling and grating.

A fine grater is built into the back of the handle, which comes in handy when grating ginger, wasabi, and other condiments.

It measures 12 x 8.2 x 1.3 cm (4.7 x 3.2 x 0.5 in) and weighs 22 g (0.8 oz). It is dishwasher safe and made in Japan.
