Shimomura Full Veggie Tsuma Julienne Peeler for Garnish FV-658

This peeler from Shimomura Kogyo's Full Veggie series makes even, extra-fine julienne strips without a knife or cutting board. Simply pull the food through the blade for a fine julienne cut that is difficult to achieve with a knife, and cut directly into a bowl or plate.

The sharp stainless steel blade cuts smoothly, producing extra-fine 1.5 mm (0.1 in) strips with clean edges. The handle is shaped for an easy grip.

It is useful for making tsuma garnish for sashimi or preparing salads. The peeler measures 14 x 7.5 x 2 cm (5.5 x 3 x 0.8 in) and weighs 33 g (1.2 oz). It is dishwasher safe and made in Japan.
