Shimomura Kitchen Bar Julienne Slicer for Daikon Garnish KIB-612

This julienne slicer from Shimomura Kogyo's Kitchen Bar line makes it easy to create the kind of garnishes you would see served with wine or at a restaurant, right at home. It is double-sided, with one side for julienne strips and the other for tsuma-giri, the fine shredded garnish often served with sashimi.

The metal parts are stainless steel and the resin parts are polypropylene. The slicer measures about 26.8 x 9 x 1.4 cm (10.6 x 3.5 x 0.6 in) and weighs about 80 g (2.8 oz / 0.18 lb), and it is dishwasher safe. Made in Japan.
