Shimomura Fullvege Smile Julienne Slicer and Daikon Shredder FVS-614

This julienne slicer and daikon shredder is part of the Fullvege Smile series by Shimomura Kogyo, made in Japan.

It has two sides, so you can switch between them to quickly cut julienne strips or fine tsuma shreds, the thin garnish served with sashimi. It works well for daikon radish, cucumber and other vegetables.
