This adjustable slicer is part of the Pro Grade series, which aims for the sharpness and function of professional cooking tools while staying easy to use at home.
A thickness switch on the back of the handle lets you choose from three slice settings to suit your dish: about 0.8 mm (0.03 in), about 1.5 mm (0.06 in) and about 2.0 mm (0.08 in).
A holder is included to guard your fingers from the blade. When the slicer is not in use, move the thickness switch to LOCK to hide the blade for storage. Made in Japan.
