Shimomura Pro Grade Adjustable Thickness Mini Slicer PG-630

This mini slicer cuts at two thickness settings so you can match the slice to the dish you are making. A switch on the slicer lets you adjust the thickness easily by hand.

The included holder guards your fingers while you slice. The two thickness settings are about 1.5 mm (0.1 in) and about 2 mm (0.1 in).

This slicer is made in Japan.
