Shimomura Pro Grade Bread Knife Black PG-104B

This bread knife is from the Pro Grade series, which combines the sharpness of professional tools with easy home use.

The blade thins from both sides toward the edge and has sharp, angled serrations, so it cuts bread with light pressure. The blade length is 210 mm (8.3 in), and the overall length is 365 mm (14.4 in).

The raised handle sits above the blade, so your hand does not hit the cutting board even at the end of the cut. The knife is dishwasher safe and made in Japan.
