Shimomura ProGrade Easy Daikon Grater PG-668

This easy grater is part of Shimomura's ProGrade series, which pursues the sharpness and function of professional tools while keeping them easy to use at home.

Sharp stainless steel teeth let you grate daikon and other foods with light pressure. You can choose a coarse or fine result. Grating straight up and down gives a coarse, crisp texture, while grating in circles gives a fine, fluffy texture. The teeth resist clogging and do not spoil the taste or aroma of the food.
