Shimomura V Tool V-Shaped Julienne Slicer with Holder VSV-02DP

This V-shaped julienne slicer is designed to cut food smoothly, making vegetable prep quick. The V-shaped blade keeps food from slipping sideways as it is cut. It comes with a holder so that even small pieces of vegetable can be sliced safely down to the last bit without waste.

This model cuts julienne strips about 3 mm (0.1 in) wide, for use on cucumbers, carrots, daikon, and similar vegetables.

Measuring about 40 mm (1.6 in) thick at its main body and weighing about 160 g (5.6 oz / 0.35 lb), it stores easily in a drawer.
