Shimomura V Tool V-Shaped Slicer with Holder VSV-01DP

This V-shaped slicer is designed to cut food smoothly, making vegetable prep quick. The V-shaped blade keeps food from slipping sideways as it is cut. It comes with a holder so that even small pieces of vegetable can be sliced safely down to the last bit without waste.

This model slices to a thickness of about 1 mm (0.04 in), producing wide, even slices suited to cucumbers, carrots, daikon, and similar vegetables.

Measuring about 40 mm (1.6 in) thick at its main body and weighing about 120 g (4.2 oz / 0.26 lb), it stores easily in a drawer.
