Shimomura Yakipa Easy Pour Ladle YP-206

The Yakipa Easy Pour Ladle is designed to make hot plate cooking easier, especially for dishes like takoyaki and okonomiyaki. It is part of the Yakipa series, created to simplify the prep, cooking, and eating steps of griddle cooking.

The ladle has a spout on both sides, so it is easy to pour batter into the small holes of a takoyaki pan from either direction. Because the body is made of resin, it will not scratch non-stick coated pots or hot plates.

It is also useful for mixing batters with a lot of ingredients, such as okonomiyaki, and its shape helps scoop up ingredients left at the bottom of the bowl without waste.

It measures about 278 x 88 x 55 mm (10.9 x 3.5 x 2.2 in), weighs about 46 g (1.6 oz), is dishwasher safe, and is made in Japan.
