Shimomura Yakipa Large Spatula Turner for Okonomiyaki YP-210

The Yakipa Large Spatula Turner for Okonomiyaki YP-210 is part of Shimomura Kogyo's Yakipa series, a line of tools designed to make cooking on a hot plate easier and more enjoyable. Its wide blade is built to flip large okonomiyaki without breaking them apart.

The tip of the blade is cut at an angle, so it slides easily underneath the okonomiyaki and turns it cleanly. The wide blade also makes it convenient for cutting a finished okonomiyaki into portions.

Made of resin, this spatula will not scratch fluorine coated pans or hot plates. It is dishwasher safe and made in Japan, measuring about 255 x 150 x 40 mm (10 x 5.9 x 1.6 in) and weighing about 65 g (2.3 oz).
