Shimomura Yakipa Stir Fry Serving Spoon YP-207

The Yakipa Stir Fry Serving Spoon YP-207 is part of Shimomura Kogyo's Yakipa series, a line of tools designed to make cooking on a hot plate easier and more enjoyable. A single spoon lets you mix, stir fry, and serve food.

The flat tip of the spoon fits closely against the bottom of a frying pan or pot, which is useful for scooping up small pieces of food or gathering sauce. It is also handy for okonomiyaki, since it mixes the batter and ingredients together thoroughly.

Made of resin, this spoon will not scratch fluorine coated pans or hot plates. It is dishwasher safe and made in Japan, measuring about 270 x 73 x 32 mm (10.6 x 2.9 x 1.3 in) and weighing about 45 g (1.6 oz).
