Super Benriner Pro No.95 Japanese Mandoline Slicer 95mm, Beige, Made in Japan

The Super Benriner Pro No.95 is the professional version of the wide 95mm Benriner, popular with chefs in Japan. The board rises and lowers evenly, so slices come out the same thickness from side to side. Set the thickness with the dial.

A rubber foot keeps it from sliding, and a notch lets you rest it on the rim of a bowl. It comes with a straight blade, three comb blades for julienne strips and a hand guard. Blades from older Benriner models do not fit this model.
