Super Benriner Standard Japanese Mandoline Slicer 95mm, Made in Japan

The Super Benriner Standard has a wider 95mm board for larger vegetables such as cabbage, daikon and potatoes. The board rises and lowers evenly, so slices come out the same thickness from side to side. Set the thickness with the dial.

It comes with a straight blade, three comb blades for julienne strips and a hand guard.
