Takagi Metal Activated Carbon Oil Filter Pot 1.0L KWP-1.0

This oil filter pot is designed for straining used cooking oil so it can be reused, using a dual-action filter that combines activated carbon with an acid value suppressant. Reusing oil this way reduces the amount of waste oil generated, which is kinder to the environment.

The filter itself is made from pulp, rayon, activated carbon, and magnesium silicate rather than synthetic resin, and fits into the stainless steel strainer mesh. The body is steel finished with a fluororesin coating, and the handle and knob are phenolic resin.

The pot measures about 19.3 x 17.8 x 14.7 cm (7.6 x 7 x 5.8 inches), weighs about 446 g (15.7 oz / 0.98 lb), and holds about 900 ml (30.4 fl oz). It is designed to work with any replacement filter sold by Takagi Metal Industrial.
