Takagi Metal Activated Carbon Oil Filter Sheets 8-Pack KRS-8S

These disposable filter sheets sit on top of the strainer net inside a Japanese oil pot and are designed for oil pots with a strainer net up to 14 cm (5.5 in) in diameter. They help filter used cooking oil and slow its oxidation, and each sheet is intended for one-time use.

Each sheet measures about 16 x 16 cm (6.3 x 6.3 in). The set includes 8 sheets, made of pulp, rayon, powdered activated carbon, and magnesium silicate as a filter aid.

Made in Japan.
