Takagi Metal Cast Iron Moisture Absorber NZ-CM

This cast iron moisture absorber is designed for use with nukazuke, Japanese rice bran pickling, where it helps draw excess moisture out of the rice bran bed. Simply place it in the bed to help keep the moisture level in check as you tend your nukazuke.
