Tamahashi Anesis Tempura Pot 20cm IYE-6514

The Tamahashi IYE-6514 Anesis tempura pot has a gold marble-pattern fluorine resin coating on the interior, making it easy to wipe clean after frying.

Its deep shape is convenient for simmered dishes as well as frying, and it can hold plenty of water for boiling. A glass lid lets you check on the food as it cooks, and a chrome-plated frying rack is included for draining oil from fried food.

The pot measures 28.3 x 22.2 x 13.2 cm (11.1 x 8.7 x 5.2 in), with a bottom thickness of 2.0 mm (0.1 in), and weighs 1.5 kg (3.3 lb).
