Wahei Freiz Agedutsumi Tempura Pot 20cm with Rack AR-7003

This 20 cm (7.9 in) two-handled tempura pot is made of iron, which holds heat well so the oil temperature does not drop as quickly when food is added. It is sized for frying for two to three people, and it can be used on both gas burners and induction (IH) cooktops.

A frying rack is included for draining fried food, and a pour spout on the pot makes it easier to pour off used oil. Filled to the brim it holds about 2.4 liters (2.5 qt), and the recommended amount of oil for frying is about 1.3 liters (1.4 qt).
