Tamahashi Renge Deep Fryer Pot 20cm with Net HA-20W

This deep fryer pan from Tamahashi is made in Japan with an iron body and handle finished in a baked-on silicone coating, plus a chrome-plated iron rack. The bottom is an extra-thick 1.6 mm (0.1 in) of iron, giving the pan a solid, traditional feel.

The deep shape makes it useful for simmered dishes as well as frying, and the thick iron bottom holds heat well so the oil temperature stays steadier while frying, which helps the batter or coating turn out crisp. The included wire rack lets you set freshly fried food down to drain.
