Taniguchi Metal Deep Tray Wire Rack Small

This is a small wire mesh insert made for Taniguchi Kinzoku's Japanese-made deep aluminum bat trays. It is made of chrome-plated steel and sits inside the matching tray to lift food above the base, letting liquid drain or collect underneath.

It measures about 38.4 x 27.9 x 2.1 cm (15.1 x 11 x 0.8 in). It is the small size in a lineup of deep bat mesh inserts offered in several sizes.

Pair it with the matching aluminum deep bat tray, sold separately, for draining, cooling, or resting prepped food above the tray in a commercial or home kitchen.
