Taniguchi Metal Ginha Yukihira Pot Lid 22-24cm

This aluminum lid is made for Japanese yukihira pots in the 22 to 24 cm (8.7 to 9.4 in) size range and is intended for gas stovetops only. The surface is finished with a hammer-textured pattern over its entire area, which increases the lid's strength.

Aluminum also conducts heat efficiently, so the lid heats up quickly along with the pot beneath it. It measures about 26 x 26 x 5.3 cm (10.2 x 10.2 x 2.1 in), weighs about 180 g (6.3 oz), and is made in Japan.
