Taniguchi Metal Silver Wave Yukihira Pot 22cm

This Taniguchi Kinzoku yukihira pot is made in Japan from aluminum with an all-over hammered (tsuchime) finish that adds strength and helps the pot conduct heat efficiently. A newly designed spout makes pouring easier, and new volume markings on the side help with measuring while cooking.

The pot is for gas stoves only and is not for induction (IH), oven, or dishwasher use. It holds about 3.1 L (3.3 qt) to the brim and has a wall thickness of about 1.7 mm (0.1 in). It measures 39.8 x 24.3 x 12.5 cm (15.7 x 9.6 x 4.9 in) and weighs 460 g (16.2 oz).
