Thermos Gran Edge Petty Utility Knife 115mm Stainless Steel KKB-P115

The Thermos Gran Edge Petty Utility Knife KKB-P115 is a compact all-stainless utility knife designed for close, detailed kitchen tasks such as trimming vegetables and other small cutting jobs.

The blade is made from molybdenum-vanadium stainless cutlery steel and is hardened through heat treatment to help the edge stay sharp for longer. The blade and handle form a single piece of stainless steel with no seams, so there are no gaps where food residue can collect, which makes the knife easy to keep clean.

The blade is 115 mm (4.5 in) long and the knife weighs about 100 g (3.5 oz). It is dishwasher safe.
