The Albrit Marche square cake pan from Tiger Crown is a deep square pan for baking a full-size cake or quiche.

Its aluminum body is coated twice with fluorine resin for a dependable nonstick surface. Aluminum conducts heat efficiently and resists rust, keeping the pan lightweight at 110 g (3.9 oz) while measuring 16 x 16 x 3.6 cm (6.3 x 6.3 x 1.4 in). The coating releases baked goods cleanly and wipes clean after use.

The pan works well for both baked sweets and chilled desserts. Made in Japan.
