Tiger Crown Albrit Nonstick Square Cake Pan 22cm 5250

This is a nonstick square cake pan from Tiger Crown's Albrit series. The aluminum body conducts heat efficiently and is coated twice with fluororesin, which gives it good resistance to rust while keeping it very lightweight.

The double fluororesin coating also means baked goods release cleanly from the pan and cleanup is simple. It measures 22 x 22 x 3.4 cm (8.7 x 8.7 x 1.3 in) and weighs 150 g (5.3 oz / 0.33 lb).

The pan can be used for both baked goods and chilled desserts. It is made in Japan.
