The Albrit Tart Flower 3 mold from Tiger Crown is a small, flower-shaped pan for baking individual tarts and other treats.

Its aluminum body is coated twice with fluorine resin for a dependable nonstick surface. Aluminum conducts heat efficiently and resists rust, keeping the mold lightweight at 12 g (0.4 oz) while measuring 8 x 8 x 2.3 cm (3.1 x 3.1 x 0.9 in). The coating releases baked goods cleanly and wipes clean after use.

The mold works well for both baked pastries and chilled desserts. Made in Japan.
