The Albrit Tart Flower 4 mold from Tiger Crown is a small, flower-shaped pan for baking individual tarts and other treats.

Its aluminum body is coated twice with fluorine resin for a dependable nonstick surface. Aluminum conducts heat efficiently and resists rust, keeping the mold lightweight at 12 g (0.4 oz) while measuring 6.5 x 6.5 x 2 cm (2.6 x 2.6 x 0.8 in). The coating releases baked goods cleanly and wipes clean after use.

The mold works well for both baked pastries and chilled desserts. Made in Japan.
