Tiger Crown Black Common Torte Cake Pan 14cm 5051

This torte cake pan has a removable bottom, which makes it well suited to delicate tart and pie doughs that could otherwise break when being unmolded.

The black finish is a silicone resin coating over a steel body. The coating gives the pan good heat conduction and a smooth release once baking is finished, and it is easy to clean afterward.
