Tiger Crown Black Torte Cake Pan Common 160 Nonstick Steel 5050

This torte cake pan from Tiger Crown is made of steel with a silicone resin coating that conducts heat evenly and releases baked goods cleanly from the mold. The nonstick finish also makes it easy to wipe clean after use.

It is designed for baking tarts and pies, and the bottom lifts out for easy removal, which is especially helpful with delicate, crumbly dough. Once baked, the tart shell can be topped generously with seasonal fruit.
