Tiger Crown JB Pullman Loaf Pan with Lid 1.5 Kin 0.7mm Thick 5905

This Pullman-style loaf pan is made from a 0.7 mm (0.03 in) thick steel sheet that conducts heat well, helping bread bake evenly without hot spots. The lid slides on rather than simply resting on top, so it will not lift off or shift out of place while baking. For a rounded, peaked loaf instead of a square one, you can leave the lid off while baking.

This is the 1.5-kin size, which measures about 18 x 12 x 11.9 cm (7.1 x 4.7 x 4.7 in) and weighs about 795 g (28 oz / 1.75 lb). It comes with a lid.
