Tiger Crown JB Pullman Loaf Pan with Lid 1 Kin 0.7mm Thick 5906

This Pullman loaf pan with lid is sized for 1 kin of dough and is made from 0.7 mm (0.03 in) thick steel plate, which conducts heat well so the bread bakes evenly without uneven spots. The lid slides on and off, making it easy to close and keeping it from lifting away during baking. Taking the lid off lets you bake a peaked, mountain shaped loaf instead of the usual square Pullman shape.
