Tiger Crown Square Bread Pan with Lid Pullman 12cm Aluminized Steel 2375

This square Pullman style bread pan with a lid lets you bake square shokupan style loaves easily at home. It is made of aluminized steel, which conducts heat well and holds up to repeated use, and it is a basic mold for anyone baking their own bread.

The lid helps the loaf bake evenly with no uneven spots, and the pan becomes easier to use the more you bake with it, developing better release over time.
