This Tiger Crown mold is made of durable 18-8 stainless steel, which cools quickly, and is designed for making jelly, kanten (agar) and tamago-dofu (egg tofu). A removable divider lets you split the mold into separate sections.
Using the divider, you can fill each section with a different flavor or filling, so everyone at the table can have their own combination.
